We stand out for our field engineering approach, expertise, dedication, and professionalism, which make us key players in meeting our clients&#8217; industrial needs.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>If you want to grow in a stimulating environment where your expertise truly makes a difference, this opportunity is for you!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue team, the estimator is responsible for the bidding process for the manufacturing and installation of industrial components on various worksites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your main responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, process, and analyze requests for quotes and tender documents for ongoing projects;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze client needs based on plans, specifications, sketches, or received documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Assess costs for materials, labor, and equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare requests for quotes to various suppliers and subcontractors;<\/li>\n<li>Send quotes to clients and follow up in a timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Participate in the implementation of projects in workshops or on worksites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DEC, DEP, or AEC in project or construction estimation, or relevant training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 to 3 years in a relevant field (project management, estimation, cost calculations, industrial construction).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite;<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Are you interested in a challenge within our team?<\/strong><\/em> Send your resume to our team at <a href=\"mailto:info@karatrh.ca\">info@karatrh.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We thank you for your interest in us.
